RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gamish Creations, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• The original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• The customer must provide the order number and delivery details.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, perfume, stains, damage or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending any product back, please contact Gamish Creations and provide:

• Your name and order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where applicable

Please wait for return approval and the return address before dispatching the parcel. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING

For international orders, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the complete return courier cost for returns due to size, fit, colour preference or change of mind.

We recommend using a reliable tracked courier service. Gamish Creations will not be responsible for a returned parcel that is lost, damaged or not delivered to us.

The customer should clearly declare the shipment as “Returned Goods” on the courier and customs documents.

Original international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country charges are generally non-refundable.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

• You received an incorrect product.
• The product arrived damaged.
• There is a significant manufacturing defect.
• The item is materially different from its description.

Please provide clear photographs and an opening video, where available.

After verification, Gamish Creations may offer an appropriate replacement, repair, store credit or refund.

Where a return is required because of our error or a verified defect, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs, where applicable.

Minor variations in embroidery, threadwork, colour tone, print placement or finishing may occur because many of our products are handmade. Such natural variations are not normally considered defects.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

• Custom-sized or altered products
• Personalised products
• Made-to-order products
• Products dyed in a customer-selected colour
• Products purchased during final clearance
• Products that have been worn, washed or altered
• Products without their original tags or packaging
• Gift cards

Made-to-order or clearly personalised products may also be excluded from statutory change-of-mind rights in certain jurisdictions.

SIZE AND FIT

Customers are requested to check the product measurements and size chart carefully before placing an order.

A return requested because of size or fit will be treated as a standard customer return. For international orders, the customer will bear the return courier charges.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

For international orders, an exchange may be processed through:

1. Return of the original product.
2. Placement or dispatch of a new order.

The customer may be required to pay both the return courier cost and the shipping cost for the replacement product.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 working days after inspection.

The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the customer’s bank, card provider or payment processor.

The refund may exclude:

• Original shipping charges
• Return courier charges
• Customs duties and import taxes
• Payment-processing charges that are non-refundable to us, where legally permitted
• Any reduction in value caused by use, damage or improper handling

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be cancelled before it enters processing or production.

Once a customised, made-to-order or dyed product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws of the customer’s country.

Eligible customers in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union, may have statutory withdrawal rights. Customers may be responsible for return postage where they have been informed in advance, while return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied products will generally remain the seller’s responsibility, as required by applicable law.
